Since 2020, Colmant has entered a partnership with a brilliant project in the heart of our beautiful Franschhoek Valley, THE FRANSCHHOEK HOSPITALITY ACADEMY.

Their Mission:
“We aim to help to reduce the unemployment rate in South Africa by providing quality Hospitality training & education to disadvantaged persons situated within the Western Cape, and the Franschhoek area in particular. Thereby increasing the level of knowledge and skills of such persons which will guarantee employment with one of our partner establishments, leading to job security, stability, a regular income and a hopeful future.”

Started in 2016, this amazing project has successfully trained every year about 20 disadvantaged young adults to hospitality skills. At Colmant, not only are we are committed to offer them a substantial financial support, but also direct training to the students including internships in our tasting room and introduction to winemaking and our bubbly world. By purchasing online our bubblies, you will contribute directly to this beautiful project as for every bottle bought we will donate R5 to the Franschhoek hospitality Academy.
