A classy and fruity Rosé born in Vallée de la Marne, the Pinot Meunier country.

Tribaut Brut Rosé NV is a blend of Pinot Meunier 50% – Chardonnay 30% – Pinot Noir 20% from 8 different terroirs from Vallee de la Marne and Montagne de Reims, and 20% of reserve wines aged in large oak casks (”foudres”). Around 10% red wine made out of Pinot Noir from the Damery terroir is incorporated into the cuvée. This wine is aged for minimum 24 months on the lees in the underground chalk cellar before degorgement. Dosage of 8 grams of sugar per liter.

This cuvée, with a higher level of dosage than the Brut Origine, has some sweetness that balances perfectly on the palate with the crispness of the fruit.
