Tribaut Brut Origine NV is a blend of Pinot Meunier 50% – Chardonnay 30% – Pinot Noir 20% from 8 different terroirs from Vallee de la Marne and Montagne de Reims, and 10% of reserve wines aged in large oak casks (”foudres”). This wine is aged for minimum 30 months on the lees in the underground chalk cellar before degorgement.

A fruity nose with hints of pear and mirabelle plum, as well as lovely undergrowth overtones derived from the reserve wines, It shows good freshness with a mixture of toast and fruit overtones that remain lively and light on the palate. This wine has great length, finishing with a lingering touch of citrus.
