Colmant Brut Reserve NV is a meticulously crafted blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, sourced from premium vineyards across Franschhoek, Robertson, Hemel-en-Aarde, and Elgin. Just 10% of the base wine is fermented in French oak barrels, adding subtle depth, while 20% reserve wines from previous vintages contribute complexity and continuity.
Each bottle undergoes a minimum of 30 months’ maturation before release, ensuring finesse and structure. While beautifully expressive now, it will continue to evolve gracefully over the next four to five years.
Reflecting the Colmant house style, this Cap Classique reveals sophisticated freshness, refined elegance, and a harmonious balance of vibrant acidity and precise flavour.
