BLANC DE CHARDONNAY EXTRA BRUT NV

A superb Blanc de Blancs blended from Chardonnays from Vallée de la Marne and Cote de Blancs.

Tribaut Blanc de Chardonnay is blended from 3 different terroirs from Vallee de la Marne (Romery, Fleury la Rivière, and Cormoyeux) with about 20% of reserve wine matured in large oak casks (”foudres”). This wine is aged for minimum 36 months on the lees in the underground chalk cellar before degorgement. Dosage of 6 grams of sugar per liter.

Its light, airy nose shows good freshness and reveals citrus aromas which are distinctly lemony. On the palate it expresses great finesse and intense minerality. It possesses a very silky texture with good length and reveals pleasant buttery and brioche notes on the finish.
