SEC ORIGINE (off-dry) NV

Tribaut SEC ORIGINE NV is a blend of Pinot Meunier 50% – Chardonnay 30% – Pinot Noir 20% from 8 different terroirs from Vallee de la Marne and Montagne de Reims, and 10% of reserve wines aged in large oak casks (”foudres”). This wine is aged for minimum 24 months on the lees in the underground chalk cellar before degorgement and receives a dosage of 20 g of sugar per litre.

A fruity nose with hints of apple, pear and peach. This cuvée, with a higher level of dosage than the Brut Origine, has some sweetness that balances perfectly on the palate with the crispness of the fruit.
